Purchase Terms and conditions

Purchases of credits for the Avatar API may be made via paypal, or by prior agreement via bank transfer. Credits are consumed through the use of the Avatar API, at a rate of one credit per successful API response. Once all credits are consumed, then the Avatar API will no longer respond until more credits are purchased.

Discounts on the purchase of large volumes of credits (1 Million +) are available, and must be agreed upon in advance of purchase.

Refund Policy

We hope that our API meets your needs, and performs as expected. However, in the case of a mistaken purchase, or a significant technical outage, then we will be happy to refund unused credits via paypal. A refund via bank transfer will only be considered for larger refunds

If credits have been used already, then these will be unable to be refunded. Similarly, you will not be able to ask a refund for credits you choose not to use. Unless one of the two events above - a mistaken purchase, or technical outage occurs.
